Squirrel’s first winter will come soon, but he does not wish for his friends to leave. He relies on his friends Turtle and Finch to help him navigate the forest. Now he must trust in the words of Turtle, Finch, and Mama Squirrel and take on the challenges of the forest alone.

Process

My Contributions

Created a production timeline
Held weekly sprint review meetings and documented meeting notes, achievements, and what needed to be done.
Sent meeting notes to those who were unable to attend.
Created script template for programmer and narrative to use.
Created art assets spreadsheet.
Edited the game’s itch page and marketing assets.
Managed project’s Google Drive; made sure assets correctly reflected the same file name stated in the script spreadsheet, assets in the correct sub-folder, and made sure spreadsheets were up-to-date.
Created a Pinterest board to help nail down the game’s aesthetics.

At the end of every meeting I would write down a to-do list/summarization of meeting notes if people did not want to open up the google document or if they wanted a clear glance of what they need to do.
